Tim Kirwin, a veteran of the hospitality industry, with such hotels as the Boston Intercontinental, D Street Aloft and Elements Hotels-Boston, talked with me frankly about sustainability in the industry. We also touched on how artwork plays into the ambience of luxury hotels.
